AETIN Trade mission harmonize with the development of Vietnam’s oil and gas industry
The Conference & Exhibition ‘Petrovietnam - 40 Years Integartion and Development’ (VOG2015) was organized by Petrovietnam from 21 – 23/10/2015.
The event of international scale took place in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of over 500 delegates from 80 local and foreign companies. In particular, there was contribution of the key members of Petrovietnam such as PV Gas, PTSC, PVEP, PV Oil, Vietsovpetro, etc. A lot of large businesses in the international oil and gas sector have joined the event, including Gazprom, Rosneft, Zarubezhneft (Russia), Petronas (Malaysia), KNOC (South Korea), Murphy Oil (US), JVPC (Japan), etc. The Holland Pavilion with the participation of ten AETIN members and Shell Vietnam has made good impression for exhibitors and visitors.
VOG2015 has welcomed thousands of visitors to all stands. In the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai visited the Holland Pavilion and expressed his appreciation towards the co-operation relationship between Vietnam’s Oil and Gas industry with the international oil & gas companies, including the Dutch ones.
One of the customers who visited the Dutch pavilion at the exhibition, Mr. Le Ba Tuan, Director of PVEP POC said: "The pavilion is very impressive." The Dutch pavilion has received a lot of important representatives from the oil and gas industry.

The exhibition has introduced and displayed the most advanced oil and gas equipment and technology, the achievements of science and technology, the latest products of the Vietnamese oil and gas industry (including searching - exploration - production - transportation and processing of oil and gas), and the latest information on important oil and gas projects. The Dutch companies also brought their latest products and technology to the event.
Representatives of the Dutch companies have received and exchanged a lot of information with customers at the exhibition to seek more opportunities for cooperation and development in the oil and gas sector in Vietnam.
In the series of activities at the Holland Pavilion, there was a seminar on ‘Dutch Advanced technology for Oil & Gas Industry’ with the presentations by representatives of three Dutch companies.
The Networking Reception held at the Holland Pavilion in collaboration with the Netherlands Consulate General took place in the friendly atmosphere with the presence of a lot of guests coming from organizations and companies in the oil and gas sector. In particular, the program ‘Giving business cards - the opportunity to receive a return ticket to Europe’ sponsored by Air France KLM has found the winner of the prize through a lucky lottery. The prize of a return ticket to Europe was awarded to the winner at the banquet at the witness of The Netherlands Consul General.
Representatives of AETIN members who attended the event have expressed their satisfaction at the results obtained at the exhibition. And the AETIN members expect good results in the coming meetings with the oil and gas companies in Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau under the work program of the delegation.
