Dutch companies in Oil & Gas and Maritime sector come to Vietnam
The AETIN trade mission to Vietnam from 24 – 28 October 2015 has participated in different activities and fulfilled their mission successfully with the representatives from 6 member companies.
The member companies of the delegation had received relevant information on potential partners and projects in Vietnam’s oil and gas sector and other reference information from VCT/AETIN before joining the mission. From their feedback, the working program would be adjusted and updated for the highest effectiveness.
After a busy period of time at VOG2015 Exhibition, the mission had a day off with sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh city for relax and refresh.
After transferring to Vung Tau city, the delegation had breakfast on the beach in Vung Tau and discussion about planning for 2016.
Aim at introducing, exchanging and seeking opportunities for cooperation in the oil & gas sector between businesses of the Netherlands and Vietnam, the collective meetings to a number of local and foreign oil & gas and maritime companies active in Vietnam such as Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure JSC (PVC-MS), Vard Vung Tau Ltd, PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard JSC (PV Shipyard) and Vietsovpetro (VSP) took place in Vung Tau city.
They had met with the senior managements, discussed about their relevant projects. A lot of information about products and services, projects and development plans, contact points, etc. have been exchanged between Dutch companies and Vietnamese companies.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the delegation had met with Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), PetroVietnam Engineering (PVE) and a number of joint operating companies such as Hoang Long Hoan Vu JOC, PVEP POC, Bien Dong POC, etc. The parties shared experiences, introduced products and services, provided information about projects and development plans as well as discussed co-operation opportunities.
The information about their current projects, procurement procedure and plans, requirements on products, etc. were so helpful for Dutch companies.

Besides are the bilateral meetings of AETIN members with Vietnamese partners such as PTSC Mechanical & Construction Co. Ltd. (PTSC M&C), Cuu Long JOC, Tryards and so on.
The results of the AETIN trade mission together with the warm welcome and open communication from Vietnamese partners make AETIN’s members believe in prospects for cooperation and development in Vietnam.
