Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai attends the Vietnam-Netherlands economic cooperation forum in The Hague
“Vietnam and the Netherlands agree that bilateral trade and investment cooperation has entered a new stage of development. In many forums, we have discussed trade and investment models. For example, the Dutch government has proposed a dredging project on the Mekong River under a public-private partnership. A fund will be established for enterprises to participate instead of using the state budget. This project has lifted bilateral relations to a new height towards a more sustainable growth.”
Vietnam, the Netherlands sign MoU of cooperation on fruit and vegetable
production under the witness of leaders of both countries.
As part of the forum, Vietnamese and Dutch firms discussed cooperation opportunities in investment, agriculture, energy, and textiles. A memorandum of understanding was signed regarding fruit and vegetable production between Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands.
